Using flows in AWS IoT Things Graph

If you use Amazon IoT Things Graph, your work just got easier. According to a recent Amazon update, AWS CloudWatch is now integrated, allowing you to automate work involving metrics from your graph. You can track a wide variety of elements and use CloudWatch to trigger notifications.

Visualizing the many steps involved in Internet of Things (IoT) application development is easier with the flows available in Amazon’s IoT Things Graph, now generally available. You can create models of processes with all key elements clearly identified, apply attributes to each element, create a sequence, and trigger it based on certain behavior. You can then apply the entire flow to real-world items stored elsewhere in the software, easily preparing content to deploy and be added to the ever-increasing Internet of Things. The models you create in AWS IoT Things Graph are also reusable, allowing you to make quick work of multiple complicated yet similar processes.
